As part of our customer service, below you will find instructions on how to access your customer FTP directory.

This will enable you to upload and download files to MSSA, anywhere in the world, as long as you have access to the internet.

Can’t I just email the file to MSSA?

Due to email size limitations, sometimes its not practical or feasible to send data via email. By accessing your customer FTP directory you can upload all your files, as well download files.

How do I set-up access my customer FTP directory?

As a customer you will have been sent your details on how to login to access your customer FTP directory. If you have deleted or mislaid the information, please contact MSSA and we will re-issue your details.

As well as your login details, you will also need access to some FTP software, please check with your IT department, they can recommend a solution, as well as any company IT policies in place regarding the use of FTP access etc..

If you don’t have any FTP software in use at your company, then MSSA would recommend FireFTP for Mozilla Firefox, it’s free and very easy to use. Please note that FireFTP will not work with Internet Explorer.

The green arrows in the middle of the panel allow you to either upload or download files.
